There's one moment in the upcoming Magical World arc involving Ku Fei that's always stood out in my mind as being truly badass. Makes this look like a joke by comparison.

She was a thing since the first chapter. Her reason for being there is to accentuate on how overpowered Negi and cia are compared to regular mages at this point, so when they actually get attacked by Fate and cia it shows the magnitude of the incident.
I think she might have been offhandedly mentioned, but I'm not sure. I guess we should just wait until OP gets to that part.

The only "Celtic Moon" I know is the arranged album for Final Fantasy IV. It contains a selection of tracks arranged and performed in the style of Irish Celtic music. It's pretty good. While FF IV doesn't seem to be extremely popular anymore here, in Japan a lot of the music still seems to be well known. "Theme of Love" is/was even taught to schoolchildren from what I hear!
