Thats not isekai. Getting hit by a truck and getting sent to the same universe just at different time points is not isekai. Isekai literally means different worlds. Going to the same world with everyone being you is just a messed up world where everyone is you.

Isekai would be you travel to another world that isn't earth. If you just get re-incarnated on earth you didn't isekai it is just time travel.

Problems occur if you manage to kill off all life in the universe really good I guess you really die at that point. Say you cause a false vaccum collapse intentionally. There is no coming back from that as time itself would get destroyed in the process. The universe would itself vanish with no history to re-incarnate into.

Just because truck kun is there doesn't make it isekai. He met a god but got re-incarnated to the same world and is the exact opposite of isekai. It is just a random garbage philosophical thought experiment. Its time travel where the solution to the paradox is everyone is you but you can never remember who you were so practically speaking everyone isn't you and that doesn't actually mean anything or matter. It also creates a preverse incentive where nothing you do actually matters if you believe that so you can go wild without conseqences as everyone is "you".

It is a bad philosophical world view concept that ultimately would lead to anti-social behavior.
