Somewhat of a similar discussion on 2ch is that Fuutarou falls in love with Itsuki because she's the closest one personality wise that matches with lolikano. But it's a bit far-fetched imo because at the time Yotsuba wasn't really fully acting the same as the other quints when Fuutarou met her. I think Itsuki symbolizes what Fuutarou expected lolikano to turn out to be, since in chapter 35 he envisions her with glasses and intelligent, and in the future Itsuki wears glasses all the time it seems. I would say her chances are high compared to 4, but the lolikano thing keeps getting pushed back for a big reveal. So I think 4 will probably have a higher chance than her the longer it's pushed back.
