I'm not sure if Daedalus End will literally be used to send people to the Moon though. It could be just to send a signal or some object. Also, I don't know if they can just stretch the maze out like that. Maybe Carol will have to come back and do some alchemy on the maze to make it useful. But now I'm just going too far into speculation.

In any case given how Elsa went limp immedately, got torn apart and exploded into blood and Millaarc got cut into two all while they were already very low on blood thanks to Fudou's ketchup trick, it's very unlikely for them to come back without help from outside (which, given how they were deep in Fudou's base, is very unlikely too). And I don't see Miku-Ha having any use for them either.
