I don't count what I watched as a child because I was just watching TV back then. I watched Death Note of my own volition when I was 17 so I count that as my first anime.

It was Ranma, Dragonball(OG Kid Goku), Voltes V, Daimos, Transformers(is that counted? It was made by a Japanese studio for the most part)

I was around 3-4 then. Didn't know what anime was but I was already knew how to read around 4 years old. This was around 1993. Big reason why I'm so into mechas even as an adult and big titty red heads. Holy shit Ranma gave me my red head fetish on top of liking big tits.

I never knew the concept of gayness till I actually started going to school and getting more social interaction. For me it was just a guy turning into the girl and the girl version I liked very much. All that I cared for was red head and tits. But my first official waifu is still Rei because I really felt something weird get lit inside me after staring at a model kit of the Eva-00 that had Rei in the cover. At 4 years old I vaguely remember my dad watching Akira with me, I only remember it because of how fucking traumatizing it was to my 4 yo brain. I don't know why the fuck he thought that was a good idea.

I barely even watch that much anime anymore. I remember from 2000 to 2010ish watching 4 to 8 shows a season. Now I watch maybe one or two a season, if even.
I can stand shounen or SoL anymore, mostly because I watched so much of it ever since the 90's.

My first anime was the Jojo OVA with yellow chinese subtitles. I didn't know what the fuck they were saying but was cool. Later I played the arcade game and became a JOJOBVLL.
