Okita's eyes are really cool, she looks so alert despite journeying at night. Anna's nonchalance seems to suggest great confidence in her skills, and Nozomi looks every bit a great fit for the healing role. And my dear Hina looks super pretty in that outfit! Though she's a capable fighter herself, it's really nice to see her in these kinds of roles too. With sturdy gear and a solid staff, I'm sure her buffs will be a great asset to the party (and speaking of assets, I love how her hips look in that dress)! Was the outfit design based on anything? The ribbon and belt make for excellent complements to it.

Yeah. Well some are very hard to "date-ify" like for Starlight Zone I tried the girl and user on a steel beam or walking in the city in the background, walking under the street lights. You get the idea. I'm still a little disappointed nobody wanted Spring Yard Zone. I was gonna put them eating a Krusty Krab Pizza. But Like I said if I like the end result I may do some more and then put it on pause for now.
As I could try the same for the megaman stages, as they are very lovely. But I could try actiony stuff. For example a waifu confronting a "real" version of herself if there is one with such lore. Or wearing semi arabian attire escaping neo arcadia with the human caravan. But again I shouldn't count my chickens before they hatch.

Thanks! To be fair, I'm an animation student and have been drawing all my life, but I've been practicing this summer with animating.

It just took me a few hours one afternoon, 4 max. Adobe Animate requires a subscription but it's not too hard to learn. I've animated on paper as well but I'm finding digital can be a lot less stressful because it cuts out the entire obnoxious "scanning" part and so you can replay it instantly and figure out what isn't working immediately. I've done other little things over the summer, some in colour, but none of them are fanart, all original stuff, so I'll spare you.

I was pretty surprised by it, from my perspective he was a typical GRR face serious fighter, but I suppose MikiShin has plenty of serious, usually older roles. In fact I considered making an excuse for a Sakura Taisen uniform and found he voiced a historical figure there; not a pretty role, and hits way too close to home for Tsuzuki. The VF anime though, holy shit that's some Tuduk moments right there, he would absolutely dodge thugs to eat gyoza for free. And save a girl to eat unlimited Chinese food. That sold it to me, haha.

Maybe you could use different poses? Tsuzuki is the type who's always shielding people and dodging, so a defensive pose works well, while Chie trying to look threatening and ready to strike is adorable.

Eyes are the part I have the hardest time drawing.

I stress out the most about eyes because if the placement/shape/colors are wrong then it can basically ruin the whole drawing

I haven't actually watched the anime for VF (only played familiar with games) but that sounds really fun, I wonder if maybe I can look some of it when I get around to drawing him. Tsuzuki in a uniform from Sakura Wars also sounds nice but I get more wanting to build up your crossover collection and not wanting to cross him over with an ill fitting character. And I actually was planning on having Chie looking adorable ready to fight so I might go with that too for him.

But wow, I'm also glad you're a neck deep sword fan too. I'll keep in mind your suggestions though since I was also wondering about the ponytail too (though I agree his face mask is a bit silly). Would you happen to also hang around the /sword/ thread on /cm/? Osafunes are my favorite school in the game (Azuki is my top fav from them) so anything involving one of the swords from there tends to linger around in my thoughts a lot longer due that. I actually forget where my Daihannya is at rn since I keep using my tantou kiwames for everything since it's makes for easy breezing in events (tiny Akita is the highest lv/strongest in my game at lv55 rn) but not counting kiwame forms, I also have all the swords in game currently outside of Hakusan who keeps frustratingly avoiding me since smithing events hate me. I'm glad you have him at least, your collection is impressive.

Real nice. Her hips are super wide though, even if you're trying to make wide hips; there should be a more gradual slope from the top of the pelvis to the trochanter (where the femur connects to the pelvis). Also the legs themselves are rather short and the knees are weirdly shaped, should probably study them more. jelly of your coloring

Very sweet and expressive. Don't skimp out on the guitar! They're extremely difficult to draw, let alone animate, but if you're animating someone playing the guitar you obviously gotta get it right. At the moment it's just a flat view and the volumes are changing. Also what is he playing? It looks like he's slowly strumming but his other hand is going all over the neck. Either way it has potential.
