I started bingeing Isekai garbage recently and I don't know why.
so far the most interesting one is Isekai Yakkyoku, guy is a pharmacist and is reincarnated to a world with some dark age medical practices. the biggest asspull is him being able to create shit out of nothing but even that is nerfed as he has to rely on others to mass produce his medicine.

The childhood friend has a more compelling relationship with the gay elf than with the MC
to the point that when MC was taken out and was down in a comma they dropped him at their mentor's house and went have some fun in the city. While there there was a moment when the story stopped, Rin said how much she's worried, the elf agreed, the story resumed and they were again on their marry way. It's ridiculous.

I try to keep watching, but I been on the verge of dropping it a few times now. Overall is not bad, even enjoyable, but it has some really cringe moments that makes me want to close the player and never come back

This week made me slightly mad when the King admitted he summoned them and he said "yeah, sorry". FUCK! They should have been mad as hell and punched him on the face. And the worst part is that they just happily agreed to help him in his war.

But what made me almost drop it this time is when the princess plainly said "nope, there is no a way back, but eh when you have done the work, I'll try" and Taichi and Rin were like "don't worry, THANKS"
