It's hard to summarise. The main advantage of the manga is that it's plain well-written, whatever the hell that means.
Other than that, it has a clear main couple, fun characters, good interactions, really good humour, and manga gradually builds up steam and quality in the first half gradually breaking away from the premise of, basically, two tsunderes playing mind games to make the other confess to, basically, somewhat realistic relationship trouble and character-based drama in an idealised romance of Kaguya and Prez (and maybe a more realistic one for side couple).
The manga is good at callbacks and hinting at future events in chapters.
But the main thing is, the jokes are funny and drama mostly doesn't feel forced (YMMV, of course). The writing is good.

It depends on what you want. 5toubun's main appeal is the waifu wars. MC barely has a semblance of a personality, but it's fine, because the focus put on the girls more than compensates for it.
Kaguya on the other hand, puts all its effort in character interacting and development. The romance of the main couple has no need of bait gimmicks like love triangles, destiny, or whatever the hell Nisekoi did on a weekly basis.
But that's also its weakness. When the main two became a couple, the manga lost a lot of momentum. We still don't know the direction Kaguya will go from now on, but it can't keep using the same formula so far.

I like it in a so bad it's good sort of way. It's a fun read if you go into it with that mindset

Latest chapter proves that Kaguya CAN keep using the same formula though. I loved it, they're dating and kissing and yet it still feels like the old "i'm sorry for calling this love and war" days of the manga. Aka is a based motherfucker and knows the way his readers think. There is still plenty of potential here and he has the skills to pull it through. Timeskip to America anyone?

Memes aside I really REALLY hate harem anime/manga but Toubun is an alright-to-decent one. Mostly because the girls hit the exact niche to make my brain go unga over two of them. Tbh my big problem with Toubun has nothing to do with it being a harem(though I still have my grievances) but how laughably complicated the premise of "who's the bride/who's the kisser" has become and I can't really force myself to care sometimes.

Kaguya is great even for a non harem romcom which is mostly because of how well rounded it's become since the early days.
