The Girl from the Other Site / Totsukuni no Shoujo

Volume 7 is out niggers and last thread died with 9 replies.

Why are so many Yea Forumsnons missing out this incredibly manga? I don't like comparing mangas but for me it's as kino as Made in Abyss

I absolutely love supernatural adoptive parent stories.

Same and the ova that is coming in 2 weeks captured the aesthetic perfectly.

Bumping some screens

OVA is coming in September 10 in Japan.

>The OVA will be animated by Production I.G offshoot WIT Studio (Attack on Titan, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, The Ancient Magus' Bride). Animators Yuutarou Kubo and Satomi Maiya have been brought on to direct, with indications that the OVA will be using new styles and methods to create a unique look.

Comfy

So considering its an OVA, how much of the manga material will it cover?

3 chapters max

Haven't caught up, but I really liked what I read
Thing is it's the kind of manga that just makes me feel guilty about not drawing so I don't get much reading done
Sounds fucking great

Do you think they'll make more after this? Or will this be just like a advert to get people to read the manga?

And now we wait another year for 5 more chapters

I really hate to do this user, but I think you have to include some clickbait in the OP to make other interested. For example, try comparing this with The Ancient Magus's Bride

The new chapters had some really nice full page panels.

I didn't want to turn this place into Yea Forums

Exactly. Even if people like serious series, they don't like talking about them.

I also wish more people would talk about/were interested in this manga.
And I like how the author just allows for her unique artstyle to tell the story/communicate everything rather than relying on infodumps.
The arts pretty evocative aswell and I like the dynamic between the two leads.
Shiva really feels like child, believably innocent and naive and something I want to save/protect.
The writer knows how to use the manga's slow pacing and I think they're going to go into the protaganist's backstory soon.

Hopefully the ova will get subtitled quickly and it will get popular enough for a fuller anime adaptation.

Also, anyone every read any of her other works?
New volume of totsukunai is out next march for those that don't know.

Not the OP, but I think totsukunai uses its slow pacing much better than Magus bride's.

thank you

Nice, but at the same time this manga not getting more popular despite having an OVA scares me
I mean it seems people talking about this like once in a blue moon

this looks like comfy kino. will be reading this fall/winter

Yeah, he also drew gay hentai furry

Is Shiva the ultimate daughteru?

I much prefer Nagabe's oneshots desu
