Original voices = source country voices.
Voice actors are cherry picked for specific characters and personality types. They are directed by original staff. They are also doing many other things like character songs, live performances and radio shows. Original voices are always superior and if you unironically watching the dub, you're just a simple minded retard.

From the couple minutes of dub I watched it was awful, partly just in sound quality. I think part of it is the simuldub Funimation does has them rushing it out.
