Any guess on what will happen to the Black Bulls now? Poor guys had just gotten their recognition in the last Star Festival and Asta was awarded as one of the star rookies. I'm feeling really sorry for Asta now.
Based on the spoilers Damnatio imprisoned Mimosa's father, a royal. This new Kira guy sounds like bad news.
Well they're obviously going to become fugitives. That's why Tabata gave them a mobile base in the last arc and it's also why Julius (re)introduced the other kingdoms just now. The Bulls are going to visit them since they can't remain in Clover any longer. It's also a way to set up Clover as the scene of the finale of the 2nd arc once the other kingdoms have been addressed. The Kiras are shady as fuck so now that they're out of the woodwork the kingdom will be worse off and the Bulls will eventually have to come and liberate it.
Yuno has yet to intervene in favor of Asta.
I mean, he's still a peasant and that can be used as fuel to shit on them even more. I think a royal should speak for him in order for the congress to really listen.
I'm sure that he would if he heard about what is happening to Asta right now.
Considering the character it is hard for me to believe that he is silent and good if Asta is in danger ...
Mereoleona used to run off to a middle of nowhere so she obviously doesn't have a voice in politics, Fuegoleon was in coma for months and only met Asta for a few hours before so the Kira might question his credibility, Leopold, Noelle and Mimosa are too young and might not be taken seriously and Nebra and Solid are both injured even if they wanted to help for Noelle's sake. So I think the only royals that could help Asta are Kirsch and Nozel.

And a debate that will give proof if Asta's innocence would greatly help Asta's future as a Clover Kingdom's Magic Knight and his dream of being a Wizard King. Not everything could be solved by brute force, in fact it would damage Asta's credibility more and the Kiras could accuse Mereoleona and the Vermilions of favoritism. What Asta needs right now is someone who is used to dealing with other royals and nobles and is highly-experienced in politics and who could prove that Asta is innocent and a loyal magic knight of Clover.

Nah, look at the history books of the Clover Kingdom, it's obvious they indoctrinate people with propaganda. This isn't the internet age after all, they're not gonna have access to alternative sources. People may dislike the nobility quite a bit, but they won't support Asta especially because it's not even a lie that he's working with a demon.
However, Asta can still beat the shit out of everyone and run away. The Magic Knight Captains then knowing what actually happened would just make capturing him low priority. The rebellion will happen though, but we need some time for tyranical post-Novachrono era to really stomp on the people of Clover. Fugitive Asta arcs are going to be great and will justify actually looking into how all the other kingdoms work in depth

There's really no reason for Tabata start another war, even Civil War, in Clover Kingdom just only a few days after the last one. It will only bring Clover to destruction and give an opportunity for the Diamond and Spade Kingdoms to invade and erase it from the map. Right now I'm more interested with the political side of Clover and Damnatio's machinations. Dude's an asshole but he's an interesting villain. Against a smart and cunning person like him, Asta doesn't really stand a chance unless he gets an ally who could stand toe-to-toe against Damnatio and ruin his plans for good.

The fact of the matter is that there are 3 characters who were heavily involved with the royal family of 500 years ago: Lumiel, Tetia and Secre. Bringing Lumiel back after his goodbye scene with Secre would be in poor taste, which just leaves two other possibilities. Secre is the more likely option, but it would not surprise me in the slightest if Tetia were to show up. I don't see how you think this is somehow a "thought gap". Also, who said the reincarnation spell only affected the elves? Both the half-elf half human child inside Tetia as well as Wevil himself reincarnated using it.

I can't remember if Wevil ever talked about the spell in detail, but the technique Patri used to resurrect Rhya was based on attaching a person's soul to a new host, so logically resurrection should work on anything with a soul.

The reincarnation spell worked differently on different people. Wevil managed to make Patri resurrect on his own and into Licht's host body which he somehow shared with William. Most of the elves resurrected normally, but Licht's soul was improperly attached and Yuno wasn't completely possessed presumably because his elf was a baby, which meant they could avoid the curse. Wevil reincarnated inside an elf's host body or at least that's what he intended to do. Tetia's resurrection could have easily gone awry as well for any number of reasons. Again, I'm not saying she's going to come back, I'm just saying there's not enough information to conclude it's impossible.

Sure, but the point is that the readers assumed the elves and the FWK were supposed to be dead and they still came back to life so that they could have a bigger role in the story. If dead characters coming back to life has been a major plot point in a series it doesn't make sense to conclude that it happening again is as likely as a completely new plot point being used for the first time. They are not equivalent situations.
I could see that happening but my understanding is that the Lilith theory is that she's actually a literal devil/succubus rather than just being controlled. I'm not really interested in starting a conversation about Lily though.

The readers assumed the FWK was dead just as much as they assumed the elves were dead even though their situations ended up actually being different. The only named character from 500 years ago that has actually stayed dead so far is Tetia, which is why I'm saying her coming back doesn't sound impossible to me.

Wevil said that he had deliberately chosen Patri to be the first because he was so easy to manipulate. Also you're mistaken about the grimoires. They aren't given by anyone, they choose their owners themselves. They also match the natural magic of the user, which is why Patri was able to use light magic even after losing his grimoire. Wevil didn't influence that.

I didn't elaborate on it further or come up with theories as to how it could happen or saying how it needed to happen. I don't think that really explains it. Remember that they didn't just escape, they went into the shadow palace where all the action was happening even though they were only shown twice during the entire sequence: once standing around panicking and the second time being bailed out by Yami at the end. If Tabata just wanted to remind people that they exist he could have had them actually do something like covertly helping out someone instead of just standing around. As it stands the only thing they did was knock out a nameless mook and then exchange like few pages worth of dialogue, which could have easily happened in their jail cells too. I wouldn't be surprised if there was originally something else planned for them.

No. Something that is indestructible is powerful but not necessarily violent. The most powerful beings can disable weaker ones without ever resorting to violence. Just like how you can "beat" and disable a toddler without hurting him. Do you have to use violence to do so? Nope.
In fiction, the most powerful beings are indestructible, omnipotent beings who can just render you powerless just by willing it. There's no violence involved, just the ability to stop any attempt at harming them.
Violence against violence is only a solution because both parties are not poweful enough to be capable of disabling the other one without hurting them, or spending too much resources on it.
That's why Diplomacy exists because people realized violence leads to massive cost on both sides that could be avoided if they just fucking talked. Not because they have power, but because they realize that they ultimately don't have unlimited or absolute power that could solve their problems.
