Are the blurays dubbed

Jotaro is the least gay of the jojos

best protagonist, not best part

it's the best looking part, anime wise. BDs look great. the meme that jotaro is a shit protagonist, yet faggots eat up giorno is sickening. iggy is the best stardust crusader.

>no overarching themes
>only one main character out of six has a tangible personality
>large assortment of personality-less glorified monsters of the week
>main villain has neither an interesting personality nor interesting motives
>the way jotaro beats dio shows just how hollow part 3 is, instead of using his wits, instead of taking advantage of dio's weaknesses, instead of teaming up with another character, jotaro beats dio by punching him so hard that he explodes
>overall a complete nothing story

There's a reason why part 3 is consistently near the bottom of most people's rankings.

Journey and Travel. You could say Legacy/Heritage since it ends the conflict between DIO and the Joestars after multiple generations.
>>main villain has neither an interesting personality nor interesting motives
Dio has a cool personality since part 1 and even tho he doesn't do much, the way he's established is really cool.
>>the way jotaro beats dio shows just how hollow part 3 is, instead of using his wits, instead of taking advantage of dio's weaknesses, instead of teaming up with another character, jotaro beats dio by punching him so hard that he explodes
Damb Speedwatcher, you're saying this as if all of the fights, the chase scenes, Kakyoin's death to find out about The World's ability didn't happen. Btw, Jotaro couldn't kill dio with one punch, HOWEVER he did break the world's body and made Dio explode in the process. They still had to use the sun to kill him anyways.
>overall a complete nothing story
That wasn't the point. It was about a journey with character growth and finishing the DIO-Joestars arc. (tho most characters weren't fleshed out at all).

Stardust Crusaders is my least favorite JoJo part because it's unnecessarily long, which really hurts the pacing. It's like if in Battle Tendency, Joseph and Caesar had to fight an assassin for 2 episodes every time they walked 3 feet, and repeated this 20 times. Jotaro is a great JoJo though.

>boomers travel around the world
>looney tune tier villains
based in my book

People are sheep who would rather follow the crowd than express a genuine opinion?

3 is the best but 4 is my favorite.

part 4 manga is good, part 4 anime is horribad because of the shitty animations

Your opinion doesn't change my opinion.

As much as I like the whole globetrotting story, it spends way too much time on segments that have little to no consequence, especially in the second half. A lot could have been cut, and it wouldn't affect the flow of the Part much. Far from the best part, but it had some rare good moments.

It has some of the best bits out of the whole series and an S tier protagonist scooby gang, but the sheer length of the anime at least means it has a few duds. If you picked out the best episodes and watched just that it's peak JoJo.

As someone who's watched Part 1/half of Part 2 and didn't really like it at all, is it worth continuing?

It changes pretty drastically, but I also don't care if you keep watching.

Part 1 worst part. Part 2 is an aquired taste but one of my favorites once it gets going. Part 3+ is great.

In that case I may skip over the rest of part 2 and continue with part 3.

Personally I feel like Part 3 is the best part to exemplify the theme of legacy/inherited fate. It was the perfect combination of tying old parts together while also serving as the foundation for entirely new things.
