As a daki user the more filling and the firmer the stuffing the better. Too little stuffing makes it flop around and not hold shape. Down type pillows are probably going to have floppy problems. COMODO is a japanese pillow company that sells on Amazon for about $90 which is less than an import on a DHR series pillow but more than a US seller. I've heard good things about the Dakimakuri pillow but that's just hearsay.

Honestly I'd go for the best pillow you can get up front. Again this is my personal opinion but I'd rather get 1 DHR over 4 low quality pillows that you don't know about. If you do decide to buy one from royal pillow get the firmest/most stuffed and start off with one.
