Well, you have to accept the Word of God, and the Word of God says that Lina is the strongest mortal sorcerer alive solely because she knows Dragon Slave. If she didn't know Dragon Slave or, worse, Naga learned Dragon Slave, then NAGA would be the strongest mortal sorcerer. Naga is technically a better sorcerer than Lina, as the former has a higher bucket and pool capacity according to Hajime. Naga isn't joking when she calls herself Lina's rival.
Lina is absurdly strong and creative, but it's only thanks to a large amount of luck and beating Murphey's Law to the punch that she's managed to live past the age of thirteen.

The problem, if you could even call it that, is that Rui (God bless him) loves drawing tits. So, eventually, Lina was drawn with some good handfuls.
Now, she's not ALWAYS drawn relatively big, especially in Rui's recent official works. TRY's official art insert is an example of this. But the "damage" is done.
