I have a few, but by far the biggest hype to absolute disappointment for me was Sun-Ken Rock. Some others are: Komi-san, Dragon Head (one of the worst manga I have ever read but I didn't have any expectations going in and I could still finish it unlike Sun-Ken) Bakemonogatari

I remember that somewhere in the middle, it was after some event, a show or something like that, the main character decides to stop being a fag and telling the true...I was really hoping that it was the beggining of a redemption arc but it ended being just shit as always

I liked Billy Bat more or less though some plot points near the end were pretty stupid. Monster was also fine. I really don't really like Urasawa's art though. His character designs just rub me the wrong way.
