S3 is next year, and probably last volume 14 of LN will come out at end of anime. If like S1 and S2 would end in June, and vol 11 came out at same time as S2 ending to not spoil it.

She cooks crappy meals and slowly improves. She motivates him to go to gatherings with friends. He finds a common ground to speak with her without her feeling like an idiot. It works. It's the whole opposites attracts thing.

Iroha is classic I'm bored of you within a couple of weeks. Then 8man starts dating someone else and she gets jealous just because she doesn't want anyone to have him, even though she doesn't want him either.

The best relationship for Hachiman as a first relationship type would be sensei. She would push all the buttons needed for him to grow, she would teach him how to please a woman, how to stop being a petulant turd, and basically turn him into a man. But that wouldn't last and then he can go out into the world as a healthy, functional adult. Ideally find someone better than Yukino or Yui.

The whole opposites attract doesn’t include people with absolutely nothing in common though. Yui will try to get into the things that 8man likes, but she won’t be enjoying herself, then the relationship will just deteriorate over the years like that.
