Also, do research first whether or not the doujin will be uploaded or not. /ai/ stuff are a bit questionable due to the lack of popularity but if the artist is decently known then maybe it will be uploaded eventually. After searching up that particular doujin though, it's fairly recent. Looks like a Comiket release. So that means two things: 1. It could still be uploaded. Comiket's upload rate has been fairly slow this time around. Not sure why, could be due to the fourth day but I'd be patient at the moment. 2. The price could be high right now. A lot of people buy stuff from Comiket just to sell it at an even higher price. If you wait a while, you might find it cheaper on websites like suruga. But even considering those, the artist does not seem to be that popular. None of his stuff are on panda, so for all we know it will never be uploaded.
