Right now the series is kinda stagnating because everybody knows Nanako and Eiji likes each other, even Nanako and Eiji themselves. Right now we're just waiting for a confession that keeps getting dragged out.
The only "conflict" this manga had so far was when Nanako was confronted by the bully, and that was quickly resolved. What this series needs is another male character vying for Nanako's affection. But the manga is too comfy to pull that off.
