Part 2 is the only tv series not worth the watch desu, there's a 155 episodes and when I was finished I could think of maybe 20ish that had been vaguely worth it from the perspective of someone who didn't grow up with it as a cartoon on tv.
Unless you're really desperate for more Lupin it's just a ton of very repetitive and shallow hijinks that flounders to ever be interesting on its own merits. Perfect for binging as a child but boring as an adult.
