Like, maybe there's a fully grown (as in Misuzu's age) Misaka clone that's supposed to channel the Network's lust, and be used for assassination missions that involve attempting to sleep with the target. Or maybe there's a clone younger than Last Order that was meant to channel all of the Network's fears that was meant to be used as a distraction so other Misakas like Worst or the Lust Misaka could do their jobs better.

I think it's a good enough excuse for Kamachi to write in some new Misakafaces. Will was basically the only new one in the last 8 years

Will technically doesn't even have a face. There's Dolly. And I'm pretty sure Full Tuning needs to be addressed at some point as well. So we aren't quite done with Misaka clones in my opinion. We still need Full Tuning.
