He's gone through a few different forms but his real body is still the best designed and most impressive one. The manga is about to end so he's obviously going to lose, but I think he will at least put up a decent fight. Mel and Ban barely even managed to touch him back in Purgatory.

I also wouldn't mind a bit of backstory for the DK, like how he became so powerful and what his relationship to Mel and Zel's mother was/is like. He doesn't seem to approve of his sons' girlfriends so chances are the demon queen divorced him and he's been paying darkness alimony for thousands of years. Poor guy.

She looks a lot like the best girl (male) so it's to be expected.

Apparently S3 might be a bit of a mess. The PV looks more or less the same as the previous seasons though, so who knows. Hopefully they'll at least have the sense to invest in the big fights like the demon boys getting slapped around.

It's because he's no longer like that. A lot of it was also based on the demons being screwed over or just acting true to their nature. I don't think Nakaba should sweep those things under the rug but I don't think they really prevent Zeldris from getting a happy ending either. I get that it's a shounen but it doesn't have to be completely black and white.

Taizai was never all that well animated to begin with. I haven't watched OPM S2 but that could actually be an improvement.

She is really becoming best girl.

I remember when people were saying that after the fakeout ending, and now he's managed to be even more pathetic. It's like someone dared Nakaba to try to write the shittiest, least threatening final villain of all time.

She's one of the few good things that come from the series currently.

I think people are judging the DK too harshly. He was very intimidating in his first appearance and completely dominated Mel and Ban. After that he possessed Mel but couldn't access his real power, which is why he was almost soloed by Ban. Then he comes back and this time around he's a bit stronger but he's also facing all of the Sins instead of just one so he's getting his ass handed to him again. I think the issue is that people expect him to be like the average major villain in shounen like Aizen/Yhwach or Madara who are completely on top of things until the end, but the DK has actually been fighting an uphill battle from the start due to being trapped in purgatory. He reminds me of a recurring jrpg boss that keeps losing but powers up every time.

I’m convinced this is just one dedicated retard who made it his life goal to spam some variation of this in every single NnT thread that gets made.

Believe or not OPM season 2 is much better animated than any season of Taizai

Also I wonder what they'll do about the Edinburgh side-story. It's kind of important for people to know who Gelda is. It's structured in a way that would make it a pretty good first episode. Have Mel tell Elizabeth a story about the past where all the Sins get reintroduced for the people who have forgotten what the show is about.
