This anime is like a friend that crashes on your couch uninvited but it's cool because he's a good dude.

It's not a great show. There are better shows. There are better manga. But this show requires just the right amount of lack of investment and general interest that many shows fail to overtake. I know, despite not reading the manga at all or seeing the last anime in over a year there'll be a nice catchup show to remind me of stuff when the season starts, followed by more not so simple, but not so complicated plots.

It's alright if you enjoy it for what it is instead if what you want it to be. If you want to think well or poorly, it's up to you user. No one can make you do anything. Just don't be a braindead shitter. That's all I ask.

It is a very mediocre anime that only got popular in the west because of how similar to capeshit it is.

Very high quality adaption of a manga with a lot of wasted potential. Still quite enjoyable for what it is, though.
