Why are Koku's moons blue now? They've been yellow every other time

The digital version is just there to satisfy a crowd looking for an official color version, it isn't very consistent nor the final word on how the characters really look like in color, only the actual author's own colored pages are the real reference.

Koku usually speaks antiquated Japanese, so he would use とは言え (or と言っても) if the situation called for it. He uses と言って specifically, I think.

I don't think it would be anything complicated. Just there are specific ranks to the twelve demon moons, with an obvious gap in between the two groups, and 上弦 turned into the "first" ranks of it, and the "last" ranks of it. Probably something like that.

I can't find the thread, so this was probably back when the old TS and I did this over batoto messaging. Anyway, we were discussing whether to translate as "waxing/waning moon" or to transliterate as "upper/lower moon." Old typesetter decided on the latter, and we rolled with it.

I think demon corps formed on the era Muzan became a demon and where he got bullied by the first Sun pillar. Look back at Tanjirou's obscure flashbacks, his great grandparent was accommodating a Sun pillar that was wallowing with regret, I highly assume he's a brother or relative of Kokushibou and it is most likely the Sun pillar's bloodline died on that era where his fellow pillars got wiped out by Kokushibou as well.

The pacing of the series is slow. Not that the current pace Ufotable has is a bad thing, except for a episode or two, but narration on top of all the internal monologue would make it a slog to get through some scenes. Show, don't tell.

That's kinda the point, isn't it? He is a straightforward idiot when it comes to situations like that. But sure, I can see that the gag hasn't been established. I honestly don't think the gags and comedy translate to the anime very well in general. Ufotable cutting the narration is overall a good thing, because it cuts a lot of the redundancy when can see in the scene itself. Like Inosuke's life flashing before his eyes or the narration during the Wisteria House arc. It helps they get creative and have character cover the necessary bits, like Shinobu or Rui did. Lull however might have been a bit unclear, I hope they add a scene later on where Tanjirou asks Giyuu about the eleventh form.
