They should have just skipped the whole first part of the war. Obito received Kisame's intel on the location of Naruto and Killer Bee and he was going to go get them himself but then Kabuto was like "lol why don't I go?" and comes back with fucking Yamato. Now we get 50 chapters of zombie army garbage. If he went himself it would have skipped directly to the good parts. Since Guy was already on the island all you need was for Kakashi to show up for the unmasking and the rest of the story plays out exactly the same. Only one Kabuto needed to edo tensei was Madara and that would still be able to happen because Black Zetsu shows him where Madara is.

I actually agree. The Kiyo/Sakura/Sasori fight was peak strategy for the series - combining an underpowered team, Kage level threat, multiple forms and a way to show off a previously underused character.

This allowed Shikamaru and the others to escape with full knowledge of Hidan's abilities and formulate a plan to kill him, which worked. If they had been allowed to finish the job, no one in Konoha would know their abilities.

The only good parts of Shippuden were the climax fights, and anything with Bee. There is seriously so much utter fucking boring trash in this it's not even funny. It doesn't help that it's almost entirely filler. The fucking video game had a way better ending than the actual ending of Shippuden.
