Episode 70
Fear the vengeful gods, a nice old timey message.
>2006 was 13 years ago
Really feeling the "can't kill anyone in a Sunday morning cartoon" this week.
Actually, I quite liked how uncompromisingly awful the message of this episode was—"give up and accept your fate, Child of Clay, lest you feel the wrath of the Evil Divine."
We need more cartoons that encourage children to embrace fatalistic despair.
I genuinely think this episode had the greatest Kitarou intro of the whole series thus far.
Nice, kek.
>motherfucking kitaro appears in the background
My sides.
>stimulation from bumfuck nowhere curse
Guess they exhausted other places.
Made me winced.
This is another remake of an S2 original and the flashback is the same two guys. Angry kami didn't really feel out of place in the 70s rural Japan setting where modernity hadn't reached yet.

72 Iyami
73 Yamata no orochi
74-75 Tamamo no mae
Isekai time! Honk! Honk!
But these guys were very kill.
Fuck the rock. I wonder whats the lore behind it, seems yami shibai tier "wat". Its gonna be a mystery as usual with this kind of story.
>>mfw no face
Truck-kun seemed like a slightly weird detail to include in a powder-driven illusion.
I wonder if Kitarou wrote the entire script, or if Sunakake-Babaa got to contribute. It seems to me like Rat Man could make bank off selling this "sand" on the streets, if only he could figure out how the scripting system worked.
>mfw no face
This happens a LOT in this show.
The extreme kinds of face.
This show really needs some permanent deaths. I know it's a children's show but the kids need to fucking learn.
U wot, there were 2 guys that stayed dead in this episode.
Have you even been watching this show? Multiple episodes have been about the inevitability of death. Here's two dead people. I could post literally dozens more.
