Oden took control of Kuri himself and then was given the daimyo title that just confirmed the existing situation. He didn't inherit it. So I don't think Wano was really divided between three families. It's also interesting to know who's ruling there now. Capital is Orochi's, Kuri is Jack's, Udon is pobably Queen's and Onigashima is directly Kaido's. So that still lives 3 places, one is surely King's.

Maybe the remaining two are ruled by other members of the Kurozumi clan.

Just like cursed swords in general, Meito swords specific requirements set in their masters. For Meito, it will be having CoC in order to tame the soul of the sword. It's also a mechanism to avoid weak af people to wield such swords.

World Seeker had great potential but is held back by thr two major flaws of only making Luffy playable and making the island boring as shit especially for One Piece standards.

Luffy, Zoro, Kidd and Killer will team up and fight Le Kaido, and Luffy will finish him off with a big punch

It's a good concept, but for a game like that to work it has to be treated like a real game instead of an anime game, which they clearly didn't. One Piece works better with games like PW where they can add a lot of content more easily. Especially now that we are at the fourth game, the roster should be amazing.
The fact that they are adding Sanji's four siblings as separate characters shows that they are going to deliver with it.

Katakuri's moveset should be great. He's got many moves that would fit great in the game already, so they wouldn't even have to invent moves for him to be fun to play.
Bege should be a lock. He's relevant in three arcs (counting back to Sabaody), and he's decently popular. I bet they'll want to do more Supernovas now that they are more relevant, at least the ones from Wano, and Bege also fits well in that package.
Bellamy could be fun, but they'd have to invent a lot for his moveset, since he didn't do a lot. Foxy would be a dream come true, but he's basically been relegated to Toei's bitch.
Bon Clay to me is basically a guarantee. The dude is a fan favorite since his introduction, and unless they want to only add new characters, he's probably next on the queue for pre-timeskip additions to the roster.

I don't really think every support should be a playable character. Morgan, Kuro, Lapahns, Wyper, Blueno, Minotaurus, Hannyabal, Monet, etc seemed like characters that added to the story, but aren't really worth it as playable characters. Sure, they have to do partial movesets for them, but it adds to the variety and lets them add more characters that otherwise wouldn't be in the game.
