After Yasaka-san left for Kyoto, the members of ORC, Xenovia and Kiba gathered in ORC Clubroom to discuss about the upcoming school festival. Irina suggests the last year's [Occult Mansion] but Xenovia rejects it. Gasper suggests drama, which was discarded because the Drama club would be doing the same. Koneko and Tosca-chan suggested cooking but it was discarded too because many clubs will be doing the stalls. President Asia suggested occult-related activities, like ecology of Devil Angels and Youkai. Le Fay suggested movie having an occult theme. However, movie related club would be doing the same so it was discarded again. Then, Bennia suggested about the Grim Reaper cookies of the Netherlands, but they were hard to get. Kunou suggested Haunted House with real Youkai but that was too much. So without reaching any conclusion the club activities ended.
Rias, Ravel and Issei went to [Grigori] of Underworld to see and grasp info about Ryuuteimaru, who had turned into a cocoon. It had shrunken and it looked like it's insides had been changed. They meet Shemhaza and Seekvaira-san. Seekvaira-san explains "Thrusters have appeared on its back and at other places which will most likely release aura which would in turn boost the speed. Looks like it's becoming more like an attacking unit than a flying ship. " Issei concludes that, 'Ryuuteimaru' written by him on its sail had dissappeared. They then move to second floor of the desk. They see giant cannons capable of releasing huge amount of aura. They could see on a 3D model on tablet shown by Seekvaira san, that various chambers had appeared too which were capable of storing weapons. And then... They notice a cave like structure capable of holding just one person. Ophis and Lilith suddenly enter along with immature Spectre Dragon . I feel my energy, Great Red's energy and Red Dragon Emperor's energy being mixed.
They ask Ophis about it and she makes a gun from her hand directed at Ryuuteimaru. (Reference to previous series, where she points a gun at GR) They bombard Ophis with questions, miss Azazel sensei but all in vain. They eventually depart thinking about consulting Beezlebub sama

Rias, Kunou and Akeno ,Koneko talked among themselves about Kyoto Trip. Ravel expresses her sadness in not being by the side of Ise. But Ise soothes her. Suddenly, Rosswiesse enters and asks Rias if she knew Roygun-san would be joining Kuoh Academy as a support medical staff. Then Roygun San enters in nurse uniform with her legs visible, and along with specs, she looked real doc. Rias tells it's true and it was an hastily made decision. Ise tells he would get sick on purpose to go there and thinks if virginity is a disease and if she will cure it. Stuff happens. Cao Cao and Tobio enter and tell they would be acting as an escort and they have some business too in Kyoto.
Life 2. After dealing with somethings, the group goes to Kyoto. Rias takes out a Japanese fan and visits old shops. Issei, Church Trio and Kiba are together. She asked the trio if they want a fan, which they're afraid to buy because its too expensive. Rias looks at Issei who takes out a red credit card. The [Harem Credit Card]. Given to him by the Gremory family for his devil's work pay and Oppai Dragon copyright fees, its designed to be spending money Issei has for his wives. Issei notices that Rias deliberately made this situation and recalls that he needs to be able to lead more than 10 people and that he needs to better understand a girl's heart. He needs to balance and adjust being an emotional support for everyone and gifts aren't enough as he needs to spend time with them as well.
Issei notices Yasaka and Kunou wearing casual clothes. Issei is surprised seeing Yasaka wearing casual clothes. They decided to be their guide. While visiting Kyoto, Issei secretly bought hairpins for both Yasaka and Kunou. Yasaka says this was an unexpected critical strike and blushes. Rias appears and smiles at Issei and praising him. Issei said he was taught something, so he decided to practice. Rias watching Issei and knowing who he is, can only admire him. She whispers that she's worried he'll become a become a playboy under her guidance. They meet up with Akeno, Elmenhilde, and Lint.
Takes place before the battle in Life 3. The 2nd years are tasked to protect Kyoto Ouryuu feels lonely at the moment when suddenly Nimura talked to him.
She asked if he's single and would go out her. Ouryuu does a spit take and Miliarca gives him a handkerchief. Ouryuu is surprised and asked why. Nimura responded that she's decided to let Saji go.
Ouryuu says that he's engaged to someone from the Kushihashi house and he also plans on marrying Miliarca Nimura asked how, which Ouryuu said that as the head of Nakiri he's allowed up to 3 wives. After hearing about Ouryuu wanting to marry Milarca too, Nimura asks "and what about me?" to which he replies "Personally, I'd better die" Ouryuu then says in his mind that Issei is a really powerful person. Nimura is depressed, so Koneko, Ravel, and Gasper cheer her up
Nimura asked Ravel "How many people are lined up?" "More than 10, and its gradually increasing" Nimura then says she can't ask Kiba since he's too noble for her Then she looks as Gasper who tenses up and asked if he can help her Koneko inserts herself to help Gasper saying he's an important person to them. Nimura shouts to the sky saying "Despite looking like that, you have one too, you damn cross-dresser!"
