You got the hitler moustache before, cant you use an imported image and set it as another typesetting text/shapes? I dont know shit about aegis sub though other than slapping subs and timing it. So feel free to get angry at me.

That was just a simple rectangle. You can draw (freeform or not) shapes in Aegisub, the mustache was just a rectangle with a border.
There is AI2ASS which exports from Adobe Illustrator into something that Aegisub/.ass subs can handle.
Played with it once or a few minutes, couldn't get it to work. Was trying to export Kamina's sunglasses, but they were easy enough to recreate from scratch in Aegisub.
