Pretty much, and from the ending it seems the twist is gonna be that the world in his dreams is actually real, or something similar.
Definitely one of those manga where the actual appeal is the girls.

1/2 of the PLOT is pretty good, but I'm not sold on the plot. Having a bunch of haha it was just my hallucination moments XD is quite annoyting. Might be good if the author goes full horror though.
