Inagaki is really fucking good at setting up and paying off emotional moments, especially for someone writing a shonen manga. Moments good enough to be the "peak" of another manga happen every ~15 chapters in Dr. Stone

Because it's the exact opposite of nihilism and rick and morty memes. It shows you how great life is, particularly in the modern era, how grateful we should be to the giants on whom's shoulders we stand and that this spark that makes humanity so great is very basic and present in all of us.

The prologue is the weakest part, it starts out as man vs man, then the village arc is civ vs nature and when Tsukasa is reintroduced civ vs civ. The reason the later war with Tsukasa is better is because Senkuu has enough breathing space to counter Tsukasas brute forces. So it feels even, each civ has their strength instead of Senkuu being constantly bullied

Or the fact that his father wanted to support him so much that he sold his car to buy him a starter lab. And if you want to get into unrealistic levels of intelligence, the biggest stand out is how rounded Senku's knowledge of everything is.
