Rise up Hanako we live in a society

One of the things that makes it memorable is that the show has both setup and situational jokes reminiscent of mundane comedies (Danshi Kokousei, JoshiMuda this season) while also escalating to crazy bullshit at times similar to more surreal and gag-ish comedies (Nichijou, Azazel-san). It's a fine balance that the show manages to achieve that makes it funnier than most if it's contemporaries.
