Read the VNs. Archer himself keeps her out of the city during the night per dialogue. In FSN Rider herself states that she would lose under blood dome if he were to go all out. Also, Rider tried to attack Fuyuki temple at the very start and Kojiro repelled her. Lancer/Gilgamesh isnt even worth discussing.

Apo has 14 servants, some shit (like Shakespear or Fran) and some Top-Tier like Karna, Achilles and Siegfried. Overall I would say SN‘s servants are stronger on average.
SF is, well strange, with entities like Pale Rider, Alkides, Spooky Assassin, Zealot and Fake Jack. It‘s difficult to grasp their true strength, especially since SF is not even close to completed yet. I would say it could have the strongest bunch of servants yet but we‘ll have to see. Frangment‘s servants are also very strong.

He wants to use the grail to achieve immortality, having his own personal grail he can keep an eye on / influence greatly increases his chance of success
His original wish is different and isn't to reunite with an Einzbern gf but it caused him to begin chasing immortality so that he could keep working towards it until he forgot about everything but the pursuit of immortality, hence Illya's dialogue with him in Lost Butterfly

He didn't necessarily care about himself living forever. He wanted to create a utopia but realized that the limits of the human body were such that it was impossible. No one could accomplish it in a single lifetime and leaving a project like that to one's successors is pretty much the worst way to actually accomplish something.

So his first motive before wishing for immortality to be able to achieve it was to create an utopia and save the world? That was the dream he shared with the Einzbern ancestor? You mean Zouken was a good guy from the beginning?
