So from what I can puzzle out, the spoilers roughly go:

Onsen 172 Great Man transformation Yuuna-san

Koyuzu brings an item labeled 'great man transformation jutsu' out of the landlady's storehouse. The tag lands on Yuuna, and the next morning she's a buff man.

Urara's having Hyoudou test some glasses she's experimenting with that let the wearer see ghosts. Hyoudou complains that he can't enjoy her current apearance.

"Lucky lewd" stuff happens, sounds like Hyoudou comments on it.

Yuuna's unhappy about her current form, Kogarashi says he's unbothered by her appearance in a presumable attempt to reassure her, but it doesn't work as Yuuna wants to be seen as beautiful by Kogarashi (been learning makeup from Chisaki, etc)

After that they return to Yuragi Inn, and thanks to Koyuzu messing around, Sagiri, Hibari, Nakai, Nonko, Yaya, and Oboro are all buff men.

Next issue is Yuragi Inn at the big sports day, and a grand ecchi occurrence.
