the one made by cool, it makes sense when you see who is the main girl of each spin off so you can see how she thinks the world around her is, Kanna see those two as her parents, Elma sees Tohru as a tsundere and Kobayashi is quite cool on her own way, Tohru is a pervert who wants affection just like Lucoa but Kobayashi always reject her. Kobayashi is the main girl of the original manga so she sees herself as a jerk sometimes and those cute moments she have are made because that is how Tohru see those details, Kobayashi can´t really see herself as worthy of affection and because of that she doesn´t really try to improve herself or being close to anyone but Tohru see through all of this and can see that Kobayashi is not scared of other people seeing her as too boring or unappealing to be loved but that she herself is conviced of this. Coolbayashi is not below the importance her friends give to her but simply rejects that she could be a really good mom or a really appreaciated worker even when she already is, she is flawed in so many ways but it doesn´t matter in the end because they love her and even if Kobayashi is not ready or is too scared to go further is fine because Tohru will never leave her and that´s painful for Kobayashi because she is always reminded that she means so much for somone that even if she actually rejects Tohru´s feelings she is going to be by herside forever, she won´t be alone even if she quite deserve it because of her insecurities

That's all fine and good but Kobayashi acts completely different from the start of the manga to now as if the dragons had the opposite effect of what the story is supposed to be about. That's not really something you can justify in universe rather it's just COOL running out of ideas.

Those 2 are seperate, maybe if I had said "The original Kobayashi and the one from the anime" you would've understood it better
