School Rumble

Does anyone else have an immense amount of nostalgia for this?

Is there anyone left on Yea Forums that can appreciate it's qualities beyond shipper retards?

I remember it being a little funny but this was a dozen years ago and it was in my country's native dub

It reminds me of downloading 32mb/episode rmvb files using rapidshare.

Those were the days.

I'm actually re-watching it and made sure to download the version with the old fansub. So much better and more nostalgic than the shitty funimation sub.

I have rewatched school rumble a total of 28 times. Probably my fave anime of all time.

I wish the author actually had done something more with the School Rumble Z premise, rather than end it abruptly. I hope he makes another series one day.

I love School Rumble, it remains one of my favorites. Not much for me to discuss though.

Harima is still one of my favorite characters.
Only character that got close to his likability is Inuzuka Romio

First time I watched it was on gaia online when they rolled out those movie theater rooms where you could watch stuff with other people so yes I do have nostalgia for it

The survival game to decide which club will get a slot at the podium scene will always have a place in my heart.
I even still remember the insert song lyric.
>Do you remember what you said to me
>It's been living in my heart

It was my favorite manga until Kaguya-Sama: Love is war, but funny enought the author of Kaguya said in an interview is favorite manga is School Rumble. Its literaly the Student becoming better then the master.

I wouldn't call it better, its up there, but School Rumble is still one of the best if not romcom out there. Kaguya-sama is more of the romance part where as School rumble for the comedy.

Some of the lesser characters were so memorable, like Porn Buddha.

Pie ending in Kaguya-sama soon.

Why did Season 2 suck?

You take that back

That was just the start of season 2 though.

I discovered this show when I was a freshman in high school and it aired on Funimation Channel. I was home sick and watched an episode and I thought it was hilarious. I soon watched the whole series after that that day. I still get nostalgic about it too.

Also Yakumo best girl

SR and Kenichi were always on back when Funimation still had a channel on TV. Good times.

The jokes and humour were over the top but they were always in good taste and never overstayed their welcome. Maybe I'm getting older, but it's getting harder and harder to laugh with modern comedy anime. I thought it was nostalgia at first, but it turns out I still laughed my ass off with joy after researching School Rumble a couple days ago.

>shipper retards
Dude, 90% of the plot was shipping.

I only remember the author being a higher quality Kubo troll. THAT ending. Then the "Z" spinoff. Then, another horrible ending.

I just want to see Yakumo smile lads ;_;

Even if it was rushed at the end Im happy She won the Harima bowl

non-canon, Harima is a hobo that died lonely

Someone post the nigger school rumble op

MC was a retard
Two best girls lusted for his dick and he still wanted the retard girl who cucks him

Is a legitemate funny Anime/Manga.
Also this is a RomCom, you cant avoid the shippers. And Eri still remains the Tsundere queen after Erina fails to takes the throne.

Its canon, the Timeskip one shots secures it further

My favorite romcom, I enjoyed every bit of the anime series especially the airsoft battle. I still have the original fansubs burnt on dvd somewhere. The manga was good too, the ending is lackluster but over all I enjoyed it.

School rumble was kino

Time skip one shots? Please tell me there is more.

Peak early 00s feel. I love it for that alone. Good thing that it is also pretty funny, too.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
