Lucy’s case is interesting because she’s not exactly human so you can’t treat her like one and get the desired result. As long as she’s exposed to human civilization she’ll go along with her innate predisposition to destroy it. Best solution would be to relocate her to some island with enough food/resources where she could get by (basically like Gorgon or some other introverted monster) and then ban external intrusion.
She wouldn’t go far out of her way to kill people if there’s nothing to be gained, but their lives have 0 or negative value from her perspective.

There are a mountain of execution problems. Kohaku is the only actually good character out of those three because she actually acted on reasonable motivations and exercised some agency over her own fucking life instead of flailing about wildly (boring) or being a broken doormat until opportunity struck.
