I mean, the story agrees with you but you kind of missed the point (even if I assume you're just shitposting). It shows that people who are lured in to become demons are either in really shitty circumstances where it seems like there's no other choice and more than often aren't in the right state of mind/unaware of what comes with it. Their stories are sad but even Tanjiro AKA the nicest potato in the manga agrees they gotta go because they are a danger to humans. It's even more telling since we have Nezuko (who can reign in her bloodlust) and Tamayo (who regrets her actions) as examples that yes, demons can be virtuous if they try hard enough. And just to drive that point further, those who fully conciously choose to become demons are shown to be the bad even while still being humans and form some of the most powerful demons.

I mean you might as well start debating the wider writing concept of "why are they villains if they could just try to be better?" - it's a storytelling convention. But if you want a more in-universe explanation, it just simply depends on the character because people just aren't all the same. Akaza had mountains of willpower but because of his shitty circumstances he couldn't really put it towards "hey maybe I shouldn't be a demon" especially since he had almost full-blown amnesia after his transformation.
On another note, this generally falls in line with Buddhist themes that are present in the story already. Remember that the hell the demons go to isn't the Christian equivalent of "prison for sinners" but (broadly speaking - I'm no expert) a place of purification where souls suffer to be cleansed again. That's why you have multpiple scenes of the tragic demons being followed to hell by their loved ones - it shows they are sinner but aren't beyond redemption. I think it's a pretty good take on "everyone deserves a second chance" without going the "keep this mass murderer alive because that's a Right Thing To Do" route.

They are usually villains because they had the chance to be better and decided not to, which is why in most stories the only villain who gets pity is the one who was actually forced into being what he is.
Some of the demons are like that, others might not have chosen to be what they are but they certainly didn't bother trying to overcome their nature despite being able to do it. Fuck, it's not like they are even struggling or suffering because of it, most of htis faggots clearly relish on their cruelty.

I've actually scoured through some of the earlier pages and I've noticed that a lot of the more tragic demons also suffer from amnesia - instead of only Akaza. And even then you can actually see that because of it their positive traits are twisted into negative obsessions. Rui does not remember his family and his obsession with family bonds is what drives most of his terrible actions. Akaza hates weak people but that's born of his experience with his sick wife and asshole rivals. I'm pretty sure this stays in line with Buddhist themes too.
And even then you pointed out "villains have a choice to be better but decide not to" makes sense in context that all the demons with a sob story had pretty bad lives where "then let me be evil" is honestly understandable (if deplorable of course) - everyone has a breaking point. But in the end I feel it may be a bit pointless to spend this much time discussing it, it's a shoen not fucking Crime and Punishement or what-have-you.

One thing you have to remember is that she develops the poison to make up for her weakness,not being physically strong enough to cut off demon heads like everyone else. It's going to surpass it, but it's far more varied so it feels less long, lots of individual fights with ends instead of constant back and forths.

With Shinobu, I don't get why size/body strength is suddenly important in this series when you have Tanjirou survive a 70 foot fall against the arrow demon and the bongo demon smacking him around the walls several times. I assumed the Demon Slayers were superhuman.
