Accelerator is the strongest forever because he got a literal garbage squid gf who lets him vector around the laws of the universe. Esper powers work based on how autistic the user is, the stronger the autism the more powerful the esper. Magic works on whatever obscure bullshit kamachi managed to dig up that week.

If you take out the "depends on how strong he needs to be as the plot demands" thing, he's still pretty much the strongest thing out of AC (I'm not counting Touma or Aleister here, of course)
Thing is his fighting style almost always relies on getting hit by something first to then understand what it is, relying on his reflection. So, anything that's a one hit kill that'd get past that screws him over. He'd win against any of your examples, but has been made to dance by another magician once

I'm not sure if this was /because/ of the MISAKA network or not, but he's absurdly great at analyzing things and calculating different possibilities, so even when he gets hit by things passing his reflection he can get by as long as it's not fatal. Then he gets wings whenever he can't rely on those, too, and even more recently he's got a pet demon so he's got that side covered too. His biggest weakenesses were:

>overconcentrating leading to have to remove the reflect barrier

As for magicians and shit it really depends on the type of magic that they use. The type of magic Kanzaki uses would be ineffective as it requires her sword and wires, Accelerator would reflect that and she would hurt herself, and he easily keeps up in speed with saints too. Stiyl is not worth mentioning
Mikoto in comparison cannot beat one unless she pulled out all the stops, and even then they might have a magic that could stop her berserk rage. Non-Level 5s really depend on the ability for its effectiveness, Teleporters and mind=controllers could easily kill saints.

I think you both misunderstood MH's power. You don't need to have bonds with anyone for it to work on you. What it does it makes you FEEL like you have whatever kind of relationship MH chooses.
