That's all for today, and the end of volume 5. I have an incredible ability to never fall on stairs, unless I'm carrying food or drink.

Attached: Sketchbook_v05_ch71_143.png (956x1400, 185K)

What?

I'm guessing my image got swapped with another post. It's not letting me upload it again as a duplicate image, so it will be a minute.

Attempt 2.

Attached: Sketchbook_v05_ch71_137.png (956x1400, 107K)

Holy shit, they murdered Kuga.

Thanks, user!

Nice art!

So Keito is so bad at kanji that she can't even read them when they're just pictures?

I've seen this happen to thumbnails before, but never to full pictures. Does that mean that some other thread got a free Sketchbook page?

Probably. I looked and couldn't find it.

She would have advanced to the bronze age had Kuri not brought her that hammer.
Thanks OP

They're so mean.

Nope, it wasn't a swap.

Now I feel bad for them.

Asaka "death-grip" Kamiya

Thanks again OP.
I really appreciate these dumps and they brighten my day, the discussions on the side are sweet too.

Attached: koba-komayashi.png (407x450, 205K)

user why don't you visit Café Alpha some time?
It'll be good for you.

Attached: 2f05834b0bcfa525f44febbedb4808a2c9d61f9f.jpg (818x578, 164K)

I tried, but I got lost on the way.

Aww that's too bad.
Better luck next time.

And good night to you and all other anons.

Deep.

I don't get it. Are they referring to a Japanese public figure?

Is Nise going to be a bully magnet from now on?
Thanks as always user.

I think the most likely thing is it's a meta joke about the kind of strange things that they often talk about.

Sounds about right.

Sounds about right.

Maybe it is closed permanently? All the libraries around my area have been closing down in the past few years.

She's skilled in making stone age tools.

>But pretty much all practical things have already been made by someone
That's what you think until someone invented the car, the computer, the internet, etc. Wish someone would invent humanoid robots and virtual reality faster though.

I wonder where on earth this sketchbook page was posted.

God this looks painful. I've fallen down stairs a few times, but never onto stairs in a way that looks like she broke her spine.

Those mittens could actually be better in getting a grip on things. Another amazing invention from Kamiya!

Thanks OP. I have the incredible ability to only fall down the stairs when there is a large and heavy object falling down behind me, such as a vacuum cleaner.

she's developing

>Wish someone would invent humanoid robots and virtual reality faster though.
Why do you need VR when you have a cute robot barista?

Reminded me of that primitive technology youtube channel.

So I can be with said cute robotic barista in her cafe with not a human around for miles.

>she's developing
Be careful not to overexpose her!

I'd rather share in reality.

Attached: kate_aso2.jpg (528x600, 47K)

I can't believe Kuga is paralyzed

Get well soon, Kuga!

Attached: 14123744.jpg (515x800, 80K)

She can just cast a healing spell.

Kuga is pretty robust, I'm sure she'll be fine by next chapter.

Attached: virtual strap.png (978x1400, 179K)

>I'm sure she'll be fine by next chapter.
I don't think she was ever fine to begin with, user.

I want to see how much punishment she can take.

She can dish out even more than she can take, you know. It's only fair.

Attached: 1562616603530.png (362x256, 13K)

Attached: sou nan desu karr.jpg (504x366, 83K)

Surely she can't dish out more than Kamiya.

Kamiya can hit harder, but Kuga knows all the weak points.

Shit, now I want a sketchbook game. Kamiya would have more strength, Kuga more dexterity, Kuri might have bug based attacks, etc.

You could always add them to Mugen.

>You could always add them to Mugen.
What year is it? 2005?

It's got to be at least 2008 so we have the anime.

I don't think Mugen was still a thing that people used in 2008.

Sketchbooks are old fashioned.

Well, we're not talking about them playing. We're talking about inserting them into it, in 2019.

Sketchbook readers are old fashioned too.

Mmh ... I guess that's true.

............ wrong image

Attached: P_20190820_094023.jpg (3264x2448, 1.64M)

The first gets confusion. The second gets a howan.

Why confusion?

Superman? What has superman got to do with Santa?

Why did bug-chan join the art club?

she found insects were attracted to the art supplies

Insects ARE art supplies!

>gundam made out of coccroaches

Bump!

Because Sasaki joined.

and food colouring.

Confused as to how they got to Venezuela, probably.

>food colouring
You mean the process of painting on a canvas with food items?

look up cochinella.

Its not Venezuela

I was going by the poster. Either way, it doesn't look like Japan.

hahi

Kinshi

Ara ara

On that topic, anyone been buying the Aria reprint?
I'm happy that they're releasing it again.

Now if only YKK could get the same treatment.

>On that topic
On what topic?

Suwa

YKK never had an english release though, I believe it got a reprint in nihon recently if you want that.

A "remastered" reprint, with smaller amount of volumes. Which sucks because I only got like half the old volumes before they went out of print, and I can't plug the holes by new ones - chapter arrangement doesn't fit.

isn't the aria the masterpiece reprint like that too? they were 2 chapters a volume if I remember correctly.

well, I am aggressively poor so I won't be able to buy them if they released anything anyway.

I've got both, just go for a full set of the new ones. They're better in every way.

It's became 2-3 times as expensive to import since that time. Can't even afford US releases now, have to buy localised.

>I am aggressively poor
How can one be "aggressively" poor? Are you forcing your money on other people?

LAAAATE! I wonder if the childhood friend will win OP's heart this time?

Maybe she views bug collections as art?

It wouldn't die even if it was killed.

Tottori is the name of a prefecture.

That's all for today. Sometimes I get static so bad that if I touch the USB ports on my computer, it will spontaneously restart.

This is the start of a volume with unfortunate quality problems. I can't blame the translation group like usual, since I have the same raws and they're just as bad.

Today's chapter is late, but there's a very good reason. I was up on the roof, when all of a sudden a beautiful girl fell on top of me. I got a glimpse of her strawberry patterned panties before she ran away. I tried looking for her, but I could only find the boring class rep and a cool blonde girl that I don't appreciate for no good reason. Some more things happened, but I'm sure it will end there and not turn into an incredibly boring story that drags on for far too long.

Attached: Sketchbook_v06_c72_010.png (1454x2149, 281K)

no, I am aggressively refusing to earn any money.

Thanks, user.
You should appreciate that blond girl. From your descreption, she seems cool.

Why is it called static electricity?
When it's still static, you don't know it's there. And once you know it's there, it's not static anymore!

I like that cover. Nice composition.

I like that Asou. She's so damn cute.

I ship it
>strawberry patterned panties
Worst girl, don't bother. You want shimapan.

>I ship it
Whereto?

what does the hiragana on the left mean? sakura gakire ri?

金田

Kaneda? Which Kaneda?

I remember doing that in middle school

They've all got strawberry panties for no good reason.

Sakua ga kirei. As in the sakura are pretty.

Attached: Kaneda.jpg (3000x2580, 2.26M)

its just propaganda by my college about venezuelan inmigrants

A sou.

Sketchbooks die when they are killed

>Sakua ga kirei. As in the sakura are pretty.

well that makes sense, i guess i need to read more. i knew all the individual parts but couldn't put them together.

Ths conversation reminds me of this youtube.com/watch?v=lFg21x2sj-M
Thanks OP. Did you find any sensei on your search of the strawberry patterned panties girl?

We have no evidence of that, user.

Not that joined the harem.

>How to open a door when you are afraid of static
Or are a germaphobe.

I always think that if I live the lotto tomorrow, the communist party will take over my country tomorrow and announce they are going to execute all millionaires.

Thanks OP. How do you do that, are you dragging your feet along the carpet all day or something?

thanks

don't worry user, you won't ever win anything nice.

>are you dragging your feet along the carpet all day or something?
There's low humidity around here. You get shocked all the time.

get nylon clogs and go everywhere with them.

this sounds diabolical

>diabolical
διά βόλος?
Through the fishing-net?

Attached: 01.jpg (643x463, 61K)

Even if she won the lottery, she wouldn't spend it.

That's the sensible option, you should instead invest it
It might surprise you the number of lottery winners that end up flat out broke.

>you should instead invest it
Assuming you had won and were now in possession of a lottery: What would you invest it in? And how much is a lottery worth anyway?

I'd make my own anime.

What is Kanada like? do the people there also live on tree sap?

could Kurihara catch canadians by putting maple syrup on trees?

>putting maple syrup on trees?
Ah, is that why it's called "maple syrup"? Because you put it on maple trees?

no
I just wondered if you put maple syrup on trees in places far away from canadian maple syrup supplkies would any canadians in the vicinity be attracted to it?

I think that's supposed to read "Super Mario"

>no
Oh ...

no it's called maple syrup because a woman named maple makes it

Who would name a woman maple? Is that a Kanadian thing?

They look like they're about to play a tribute to the greatest song in the world

They're about to slay the dragon king.

Bump!

>
>192220499
Cute.

We actually have evidence that proves the contrary.

Sora is so cute.

I think further observation is required.

Attached: 334215_p0.png (877x877, 186K)

That doesn't make sense either, what has Mario got to do with Santa?

drain pipes

Bump

I get it now, but to quibble, Mario has a moustache, not a beard.

It's the same word in japanese.

Well goalies get absolutely shat on when they don't catch the ball, so I guess they really are happy when they hold the ball.

>goalies get absolutely shat on when they don't catch the ball
Depends on the situation, user. In most cases, they aren't the ones at fault.

But once they get it, they throw it away. They're tsundere.

>it's not like I wanted to hug you or anything, coach yells at me if I don't, baka.

>spend the entire match just standing around doing nothing other than a few moments when the ball gets a little close

who is the one by the fountain?

Looks like Minamo.

Mmmh ... sweaty Asou!

Attached: 1394868530936.jpg (600x600, 57K)

Bump ...

I'd buy Asou some aisu.

I'd take a cold shower with Asou.

I read many different books in order to learn all about Japan.

黄色頸長金花虫 kiirokubinagahamushi: Lit. "yellow long neck leaf beetle" Also, it's unclear whether it's Crioceris rugata or Lilioceris rugata.

鋸 nokogiri: Saw.
鋸鍬形虫 nokogirikuwagawa: Sawtooth stag beetle (Prosopocoilus inclinatus).

That's all for today. I can't help but feel like the missing partner is a setup for some kind of hijinks.

I'll be away this weekend, posting times may be early or late.

Attached: Sketchbook_v06_c73_018.png (1471x2149, 242K)

Thanks, user!

>I'll be away this weekend, posting times may be early or late.
Don't stress it. Be as early or as late as you want to. We'll be here.
And enjoy your weekend!

if you laughed at the slippers one, your fate as a weeb is sealed and you can't go back.

>Gallus cam

Kamiya can move between panels.

I can't believe Sensei lethally poisoned Sora.

Don't worry. The antidote is regular tea.

I haven't tried kelp tea. Does it have a really strong flavor or something?
Kamiya has advanced to the iron age.
Kuga hasn't shown up for 2 chapters now... I'm starting to get worried.

Anyways, have a good weekend OP.

>I haven't tried kelp tea.
I think they mean Konbucha. I'm sure you've tried konbucha.

TL Note: kombucha and konbucha are not the same thing.

konbucha is essentialy vegetarian dashi, so its soup.

How do you poison a cloud?

the big question I have is are the books an assigned list or does kate just randomly select out books?

She went to a library and didn't leave until she had read every book that mentioned Japan.

Who choose Kate's books then?
Thanks OP, will Sora become a good substitute for the Suzukaze combo?
Now I'm disappointed at myself.

>iron age
Did she skip the bronze age?

sounds fun, though it was probably a small shelf in her home country

I wouldn't be surprised.

Maybe she advanced to the bronze age in her home.

weebs have been around for a pretty long time, you might be surprised.

We didn't evolve that much

Attached: 1565877474860.png (1052x813, 82K)

There's always some bubble up to the top, 90%,95% or 99% of everything is shit depending on who you ask.

The boys do have a sameface problem, I can't really tell them apart.

That is a nice picture.

>Kelp tea
Sensei, you monster

I wonder who chooses Kate's books?

OP Sensei! I don't get the slipper one!

I love it when chickens do that, so weird.

Sora has great reactions, but she doesn't have the anger to be a tsukkomi.

Thanks OP.

TL Note Note: In the original strip sensei actually says "kobucha"

How many guys are there?
>Kamiya's brother
>President
>Negishi
who was Ueno?

Ueno is a graduated art club member.

>I don't get the slipper one!
Mincho fonts have exaggerated triangular marks to look like brush strokes. This is what the kanji for two actually looks like in one. They're the type of font that looks classic and professional.

Attached: surippa.png (142x126, 827)

you can't prove that I laughed

I used to do something like that with the big hair grips

Did you also pretend they were puppets?

really big t-rex jaws

>The boys do have a sameface problem,
Just Negishi and Ueno, really.
