UBW automatically traces any sword he sees and copies the experience of the original sword user. Meaning that Shirou automatically knows any move that Asta is going to make.
When he uses a traced sword he copies not only the fighting skills of the original wielder but also imrpoves his base stats as well (Ex: In the Shirou vs Gilgamesh fight the reason Gils B strength is because Shirou copied the durability of a pair of swords)
Weakness: Low magic (Fixed by Tohsaka)
Conclusion: Shirou stomps. Even if Asta uses demon mode the swords are all psychical so all 3 swords are ineffective. Even if they aren't Shirou would quickly catch on and use auto-track demon mode to his advantage by wasting his energy or throwing him into a pit of lava
