Pic related was a one shot though.

i just want Kumagawa animated.

I miss the weekly threads for this manga, chapter 162-163 (whichever was the one that Ajimu got FRESH'd) was the best thread ever on Yea Forums.

You got that.
Never ever. Sorry. I would like it myself, but it won't be a thing.

Obviously you got late on the train.

I mean, the extra OVA was great, but I need more. It's such a crime, Megumi Ogata was such a good casting for him. I still find myself just listening to her saying ' All Fiction' every so often, its fucking hypnotizing.

Come on user, I just want to discuss Medaka Box.

Should have done it in a better way and not be such a tard overall too.

Kumagawa All Fiction'd season 3. He's too much of a loser to have his arc get an anime.

I don't care about living up to your irrelevant standards, user..

I dropped the anime, is the manga better?

Just kiss already

It is the same, but the story starts being really good only after the arc that the anime covers.

Gotcha. It just seemed super generic after like 3 episodes and that's usually how long I give shit to get good. But I know many mangas that blow their anime away.

Story picks up at chapter 56, peaks at pic related and slowly drops off and the last arc is just Nisio being Nisio with muh moon and muh styles.

Its only good when Kumagawa is in the chapter.

It was a bad joke on Nisio's side. Intentionally simulating the "comedy that became a battle shounen" trope. And then the beginning of the battle shounen transition wasn't much either, though it was fine. Then it turns properly into Nisio's version of Jojo (his main inspiration behind the series). "It just works" is nothing compared to the metafaggotry (all in very enjoyable way) that happen with abilities from Kumaga's arc forward.

Alright thanks. I'm willing to sift through shit if I know there's gold at the end of it. I'll give it another shot. Manga this time I think.

Just skip season 1 expect maybe the last or last two episodes, and it'll be interesting after that.

> takes place in highschool
if this appeals to you you're not old enough to post here

I don't skip shit.

It will be faster anyway. Though the manga suffered from generally underwhelming translation. I remember something about them redoing it later, but I am not sure what ended up happening.
But it was an enjoyable ride anyway.
You are unlikely to regret. To this day I find the arc following to be unironically some of the best writing ever.
Also don't listen to retards like this one Especially if you are reading the manga, you will go through the beginning fast anyway.

I remember there being a tonne of engrish and grammar errors in the translation I read, I think the current translations online are just translated from the French which is the most accurate apparently.

I remember getting chills from this one part.

are you guys kidding me? The arc is basically zenkichi acting like a retard. The 5 girls having screen time, only to amount to nothing and Kumagawa's shitty card game ruins the flow of the arc. The only enjoyable part of the arc was Medaka's mental breakdown at the end, when she realizes she lost.

Someone seems agitated.

I didn't have a problem with any of that, I liked all of Kumagawa's kohai and any chapter dedicated to him was engaging. This arc was the most defining part of the story to me, felt like it was all building up to challenge Medaka's ideal which I hadn't really questioned at all the entire time and Zenkichi is the only one who could rightfully challenge that as her closest friend.

If you liked those parts I understand, but I just wished the series ended there what the flying fuck where those final 3 arcs?
