Kind of a summary :
- Yene and the others made a plan before and its something like this: everyone goes to the moon becausec hanako might appear there > Kou and Shijima fight Hanako > Yashiro and Mitsuba get away to find a way to the moon
- Hanako pretty much tells Kou to stop whatever he's doing because it's not like he has anyway know to save Yashiro in the real world
- After getting away, Yashiro, Mitsuba and the brush work together (brush makes the carriage, Mitsuba takes everyone to it, yashiro rides the bike) also Yashiro wanted the carriage to look like a pretty pumpkin carriage but the brush failed, so it became a bike
- Everyone gets onto the carriage and almost reach the moon but Hanako tries to make everyone fall and Yashiro pretty much slams him causing them to fall onto a cloud
- Hanako just goes "this world is something else huh" and Yashiro punches him
- She gets angry at Hanako and talks about her life and how she wants to live and ends it with a "I want to live properly" and asks Hanako why he wants her to stay here forever
- Hanako goes "NO YOURE WRONG" and he finally talks about his feelings like he knows he's already dead but he's glad he can be with Yashiro and kou everydays and finally says he just wants Yashiro to live

Probably watching his favorite Jdrama with some popcorns. If we assume the fake Tsukasa was actually the real one, then it seems like he was honestly expecting Yashiro to try to kill Hanako? Things really didn't go the way he had anticipated them, huh...

I think I can kind of finds ways in why it's different :
Since volume 1, Hanako has never been alone on a cover, he's also extremely close to the viewer. I don't think "Jibaku Shonen Hanako-kun" had been written horizontally since Volume 1 either.
