Not that guy, but while it's not better, it's an amazing adaptation. The fight between Irako and Kogan in the anime is grotesquely amazing. The scene where he cuts the "guards" and kicks the torso into the ceiling is amazing in the anime. In the manga the narrator (or Irako?) mentions how much of a monster he was, since he was able to effortlessly kick a grown man's torso as if it was a weightless rag, while he was already an elderly, senile man. In the anime, there's no commentary, just the scene running through with the amazing sound direction, lighting and viewpoints, showing that "thump" sound when the corpse hits the ceiling and the blood flows. It's phenomenal.

The reason why CA will never be surpassed is because Togashi was at his peak when he created it. He didn't have any assistants and he spent all his time in his studio working on the story, he used only ink and pens, without any digital shit or assistants (like he's doing for the current arc). He did this before the 2011 anime, so HxH wasn't that big yet (in the west at least). CA will always remain his magnum opus.

Hisoka truly is just a shell of his former self, and it's all because of Chrollo.

Story shows that Benjamin is the main man to beat in the succession war. He's belligerent but still reasonable with a solid right hand and a group of dedicated and loyal men. Not only that but we see how he honors this loyalty with his hatsu, taking on the powers and will of his fallen comrades to push towards the creation of the dream they are all working towards.

Sorry dude, Cammy specifically is beneath him and none of the other princes have the same authority or presence Benjamin controls. Tserriednich isn't even a factor so far in the actual succession war, he's been trapped in his bubble training. Halkenburg is the next biggest threat in the war and after him is whoever is killing people with Silent Majority. Camille's own suicide bombers are so laughably incompetent in this current scenario that at best they could kill a prince whose nen beast or guards couldn't get rid of the curse anywhere from weeks to months later unless they get right in the face of their target.

He had a very specific goal he was pursuing, and bimbos were not suitable for that goal, which he communicated to Mark (my man) in an informative and non-hostile manner. Being able to calmly address his subordinate's mistake actually shows strong leadership skill on his part (and seems beyond what we can expect from the elder siblings), even if the context is rather twisted.

Yet he's also intelligent, knowledgeable, magnanimous, cool-headed, and succinct, all of which are much more definitive to being a good leader than the three you're fixated on. All the chapters following Tse's interactions with his team establish him as a very competent and even benevolent superior (trusts Theta when her information conflicts with Kurapika's, warns eyebrows guy of the risks involved with the nen class and offering the choice of if he wants to continue to him). He's demonstrated as one of the best princes to work under by a wide margin and that reflects on his capacity as a king.

Halk is a big player but he's also a naive teenager that changed gears after getting schooled by his dad, it literally took the trolley problem for him to completely reverse his position on the war.

So far two of benjamin's soldiers have fallen to Halkenburg's ability which is resulted from a massive pool of nen that stands at the top of the hierarchy. Camille's cat is equally busted and poor Musse died, but completed his mission and now Benjamin has his eyes on the wildcard.
