I don't think Endeavor needs cool down. Shoto apparently can't stand too much cold OR heat, since he couldn't go hot enough to drive T4 away and seemed to be suffering the effects of too much heat at the end. But Endeavor was at the heart of a Prominence Burn that turned Hood-chan into charcoal, and he came out OK. So I think we can assume he's pretty much immune to heat.

Support gear to make him burn HOTTER, though, that might be a different story.

Only Shigaraki and Twice are as big a deal as the doctor potentially deciding to give them access to the High Ends (plus helping out with John), which was only contingent on the Gigantomachia test being passed last we knew. There's a dozen High Ends at minimum and that was just what was on-panel. From what we've seen, until the higher-potential students mature some more, the toppest of top heroes straight up are not prepared to go toe to toe with High Ends. An adult Deku or Shoto would be a different story but for now they're considerably less than 1 Endeavor who can't take on 1 HE.

OPM doesn't really have a powercreep except in the early arcs with threat levels to show the differences between them and for later arcs when they become more rampant. Really its more on a power gap between heroes like s class and A class and lower which is a huge fucking gap. Also Saitama is basically the cap. Hell without Saitama and s class list of the heroes in OPM wouldn't be able to match manynof the heroes and villians in MHA.

He could go hot enough to beat back T4 but murdering your classmates isn't usually considered polite -- and he was about to do it even then when based Juzo stopped him.

Endeavor just needs a way to fire high speed, concentrated prominence burn tier attacks and some cooling system so he can fight longer.
I don't think he can do that hand thing where Bakugo focuses his explosion using his fingers for the AP shot because of the nature of fire. Its much more flowy and less impactful than explosions. He'd need dedicated gear.

I originally thought Deku could have other powers, but then we saw All Might in action and he didn't have any other powers. So I guessed that was it. Then the whole matter was unchallenged for 200 chapters until the start of Joint Training where it was set-up that he did have more Quirks with him Quirking his bed and all.

I didn't think it would happen because the setting clearly had All Might as unbeatable, so it seemed completely unnecessary for Deku. But then it happened and it was completely underwhelming. It didn't seem to change the plot in any meaningful way. Any plot that could happen with 7 Quirks seems feasible with 1 Quirk and some random Hero Ally. It is not an asspull, but it is so dumb.

It is not something you don't expect because not enough foreshadowing. It is something you don't expect because it doesn't appear to have a narrative use and has no emotional impact.

There’s two parts of OfA. The first part is the quirk that passes it on through DNA and mixes the quirk being passed on with the holders own, possibly more then quirks but for now assuming just quirks then the ghosts are left over DNA from those users (goggles guy even says as much, there was only so much left after so much time is why he couldn’t stick around to talk to Deku more and probably won’t show up again.)
The second part is the stockpile quirk that AfO gave. This is what allowed the users to boost their individual quirks and is what made All Might All Might. He’s quirk on its own does give him a stat boost and having the previous stats tagged on from the transfer gave him that godly strength.
Now here’s where the “asspull” comes in play. All the previous holders had some kind of quirk, and it has said its physically impossible to have multiple quirks (shotas quirk being a combo of two, but still one quirk) the nomu get around this but as a result aren’t even human. Granted we haven’t seen any of the doctors “children” yet so who knows, moving on. Since it’s physically impossible to have two quirks that means each time when OfA was transferred to a holder with a quirk that holders natural quirk was surpassing all the previously transfers quirks. The old DNA couldn’t find a way to pass on the quirks without fucking up the holders own new DNA so it basically made all the previous quirks recessive and gave the power boost from the stockpile quirk to the holders own quirk. Since Deku has no quirk DNA to get fucked up when the transfer happened all of the quirks where grafted on at once, starting with the first one which was the stockpile power. Hence his strength. The issue now is that each time the transfer happened the old quirks were surpassed and unused but still being stockpiled each time, Deku is just far enough down the line where those quirks are about to burst and lacks the DNA to surpass it

I honestly tried to so hard to justify it but because All Might was quirkless, I literally have no other factors I could connect the multiple quirk bullshit to. Literally, the only option we have left is AFO being Deku’s dad because that guy can handle multiple quirks without any struggle or monstrous mutations (as in Nomu mutations). The problem with that is that the manga doesn’t bothers with Deku’s body being strange before the seven quirks reveal.

My theory is that Deku's secret quirk is a universal quirk factor. You know how AfO's brother had an otherwise useless quirk that just let him pass down his quirk? Deku's would be that he could use any quirk, if he had one.
The reason why All Might couldn't use the 6 other quirks laying dormant in him was because he didn't have a quirk factor, and he could only do things that a normal human could do, but boosted to extreme levels.

AfO is able to have multiple quirks because that is his quirk. All Might said that he had no quirk like deku, and I dont think he was lying. Rather I think it’s possible that he either wasn’t aware of his quirk (the flexing, found out after he got his skelly form) or his quirk was related to being able to hold and use the stockpile right out the gate. Kind of like how the first holders quirk was useless on its own but when mixed it was revealed. We have gotten confirmation about Dekus pinky toe but don’t know if All Might had his looked at or even if they knew about it back then.

It’s not exactly true. Endeavor’s kids are a prime example. They have fire-based quirks but their bodies are better suited for colder temperatures. Hell, look at All Might. He didn’t even have a quirk and his body was way better suited than Deku’s body and even the previous OFA users, it fitted his body naturally and perfectly. Let’s not forget that despite the Nomu stuff and the failed quirk transfers, AFO still did have quirkless people that could accept the transferred quirks well.

Endeavors kids are hybrids. We know that two parental quirks can mix together or one can overpower the other, but essentially it’s one quirk that the child gets (20%fire 80% ice =small fire powers with the body of an ice quirk user, Endevor rolled the dice enough times to get the 50/50 that is shota). All Mights body accepting OfA with little to no difficulty is what’s making me suspicious. Yes we see AfO give quirks to the quirkless but that was through his quirk and we have almost no idea about the specifics behind it. There could be apart of it that grafts on the quirk gene or whatever as the power is passed, same way that he gave his brother the combo quirk that is OfA (new quirk mixed with old quirk without parental influence) Also the little bit of the flashback shows the quirkiness going abit crazy/happy when gifted, I don’t think it was ever perfect. The spin off showed a similar reaction with the insta villains rampaging from the boost. Basically if you body takes more quirk DNA then what’s programmed it throws you off (Deku kinda rampaging when he used the new quirk during training). All in all I don’t think All Might was completely quirkless, or atleast 100% basic human like Deku is.
