A 7/10 Shonen, you'll be surprised to find that the Protag doesn't want to be the best demon slayer king of all time. The start is going to be pretty boring, but once the MC starts slaying demons, things start to really heat up.

The beginning is pretty slow. They don't even fully introduce the main cast until like episode 12.

I've caught up with the manga and I'm actually disgusted with how many of these there have been.

How many asspulls? So far the only one I noticed was the MC cutting a rock and then suddenly knowing a shitload of different "attack forms" and stuff.

All fights are dependent on some power up that comes from nowhere and saves the day. Maybe asspull is not the correct term if you are a semanticfag, but it's definitely lazy writing.
