Zenitsu only knows ONE lightning breath ability until recently when he showed it off to the UM6. He has scarier potential than being incredibly fast.

Of course Tanjirou has a huge room for improvement as well, I think he can win a battle against any lower moon single-handed, although he isn't built to be as fast as Zenitsu or as flexible as Inosuke, he's incredibly versatile, he is the only one who's been using two breaths so far.

That really depends on how related the Dance of the Fire God is to Breath of the sun. If DotFG is just a renamed BoTS kept hidden by Sumiyoshi´s line for sunbro, then it's literally just Breath of the Sun so Tanjiro could call himself that, but if it's an alternative version or another derivative, then Tanjiro won't be called the Sun Pillar.
