The only other manga translation I know of that translates from Japanese > Russian > English is the Rozen Maiden manga scanlation scene.
The main translator of Rozen Maiden manga for many years is some Russian chick who translates from Japanese > Russian > English
Her translation was not bad at all but it took forever for her to release chapters.

For a brief moment before the anime hit, there was a friendly ruskie who would translate Houseki no Kuni from russian to english for the thread. I think some other other user also did the same using machine translation of the russian translation and then typesetting it.
