Honestly, it is good as it is. It is probably one of the rare cases when anime actually delivers with its ending and ends on a high note. I regularly rewatch original 3 seasons and it always makes me feel warm inside. Spin-off (well actually a prototype) series on the other hand is mediocre and deserves to be forgotten.

It was more like an OVA. But it is a direct continuation of the 3rd season and provides an actual conclusion to Takanashi x Inami ship. Its name is "Lord of the takanashi". Chances are that you already watched it.
