never sir
i find japanese food a bit disgusting
yeah that one episode of jojo part 4 where they were in an italian restaurant made me want to eat the caprese salad so i decided to make it.
Yes it did, Japanese people are absolutely masterful at cooking
I bought Jap mayonnaise because of Jashin-chan. It goes pretty well with just about anything I've noticed
wanted to try melonpan ever since watching Shana
Yuru Camp
like every week
I still want some food
please
yes
Is the rice really hot enough to cook the egg?
Why are these threads never discussing japanese snacks? Haven't you watched Dagashi Kashi?
No, but the egg doesn't need to be cooked.
Takoyaki, those octopus balls. Apparently they're the hot dogs or tacos of Japan, going by how I've seen many anime where they're sold as fast food in the streets and they all talk greatly about them.
ramen
yeah and it wasn't that good
Yeah that happened to me too,
The sardines was a good touch
Why would you eat it raw though? That doesn't taste good.
Have you ever heard about vaccinated chickens?
I forgot the name (tetsu-something ramen?) but that potato noodle ramen from Souma looked hella appetizing so I tried making some. My version was just OK, I really want to try the real thing one day.
yes, they have severe autism.
I remember Ranma 1/2 making me obsessed with trying okonomiyaki, and Kodocha making me obsessed with trying oyakodon.
Tonkotsu maybe? Only one that comes to mind. It's pretty good.
What's with this obsession on eggs on rice lately? Seen at least 10 threads in the last month
I love the Japs to death, but their food doesn't look too good. I think I'll just stay with western food.
I've never had red bean paste and I want to know what the big deal is
I made udon from scratch and nabe a few times.
One time was something like the dandan gyoza nabe from Yuru Camp. It was good, nicely spicy.
Udon and gyoza from scratch is a bit time consuming though, but totally worth it.
/ck/ shitposting. It's either this, the spaghetti from Yuru Camp, or the breakfast plate from Princess Principal.
Found it, gousetsu udon.
>gyoza
It's easy to make though.
no, but drama did. shinya shokudo. Though, I'm already a cook, so it's not far from my kitchen. Haha, get it? A cooking joke. Haha, another one cracked. Get it?
Well I didn't mean I find it difficult, just time consuming.
I did try rice flour once though, and that was a pain in the ass.
Japanese food made me wanna try anime
>Well I didn't mean I find it difficult, just time consuming.
I was agreeing with you, just noted it's easy (even though it's time consuming) in hope, that someone else might try to make them.
Taiyaki, mochi, tonkatsu, etc.
I want to try their jelly donuts
Only Toriko and Dungeon Meshi foods
Yeah you should.
Osechi made for new year can't beat your chicken wings.
Many times. I like trying new food and it has inspired me to try cooking new stuff. Food Wars got me to make karaage. I make curry rice about once a month. Had op pic. I even have access to pic related at my local walmart. Good stuff!
It's just nicely packaged raw ingredients. That's not really a meal. Cooking is supposed to have spice, tons of cheese, pickled cucumbers, mustard, mayonnaise.
>breakfast plate from Princess Principal
Please show.
You should look for more info about it. Definitely not containing just "raw ingredients"
This looks tasty.
Its the same autistic spamming faggot
>craft ramen
Give me a break.
No, but american reality tv has made me want to attend a Texas style barbecue.
basted and breadfilled
Shitposting ensues.
Wouldn't mind giving Oyakodon a go
I want to try that shit that you pour on hot steel plate and lools like puke. Dunno what's the name
Shin ramen and neoguri ramen are top tier shit.
Yes, but mostly sweets
>not making yourself a big batch of curry at least once a month
>Iceland eats rotten pisstained sharks
>japs eat rotten beans and raw eggs on rice
>flips eat those eggs with half matured ducklings
>Brits, Aussies... nuff said
Why can't islanders cook at all? Everything they make and eat is an affront to civilization.
Yet they are far more healthy than amerisharts
You can eat raw eggs and raw meat without ever getting sick. Stop falling for the medical industrys lies.
obsessed
Cope
>burgers eat chemical cocktails that is molded to shape like food
post the webm
I've cooked katsudon a couple times. It was probably one of the richest things I've ever eaten, but at the same time one of the most delicious. Making it with chicken cutlets is pretty good too.
Peaches
Mangos.
>
yes
Depends on the taste, I find it delicious with a sprinkle of salt.
Kanon gave me a strong craving to try Taiyaki for years. She always looks so happy when she bites into it. I was very disappointed when I actually got some.
How is the best way to eat opantsu?
I had never eaten Japanese style curry and rice until I saw it in the animes. Now I make it at least once a month. I tend to gorge myself almost to bursting so once a month is enough.
Yeah. I make oyakodon every once in a while too
>cringing with fatbitch
How about you try some caustic soda so the rest of us don't have to put up with this fucking stupid thread all the time
I feel bad for anons who don't live in big, culturally diverse cities. Here in Houston, you can good food from almost any culture. Loads of sushi, ramen shops, Asian grocery stores, taiyaki ice cream, bakeries, etc... Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese (various styles), Mongolian, Filipino, Thai, Indonesian, Singaporean, Malay cuisine and more. Thriving Chinatown and many other expanding "mini" China towns across the city. We have big Asian chains and independents as well. I'm sure there are even more in California. Craving taiyaki, katsudon or takoyaki? I can get that shit delivered to my shut-in ass.
whats japanese about an egg on top of rice
That was what was nice about living near Atlanta. I kind of miss it.
I drove into Houston once and could see and taste the pollution in the air. I don't think I'd be happy living there long term.
With onions sauce. Don't let mayofags tell you otherwise.
