Sensei elects himself leader and the whole bus tries to force the crew fall in line, Bus Slut tells them to fall in line too.

Later we see sensei kicked a kid off the bus for not falling in line, begs sensei to let him back in and gets attacked by zombie, scene ends with some gleefully watching, Sensei saying trust sensei and we'll all be happy, meanwhile two girls start making out and bus slut is making out in OP's pic about to get D'd by another guy.
Then manga ends with the Bus pulling up to Roach's mom's survivor camp and sensei extending his arms out with his back to the audience.
